While our fine treatment of our non-paid staff brings us an 80% retention rate, around 20% circulate out each year on sabbatical to bring back fresh methods and ideas. In the mean time we always welcome new volunteers!

The Next chart shows the new organization, please note the breakup of teams into three groups. This reduces the number of groups each person has to organize, hopefully leading to a much milder cheese with greater body and lasting power.
